Types of possible transactions
The transactions supported by current account are cash deposits and cash withdrawals, money transfers and foreign currency exchange. The cash and settlement transactions under the agreement signed between the Bank and the Customer are processed within the account(s) balance limits. The Bank will charge commission fees for the services rendered to the Customer in accordance with the Bank's respective Tariff of Charges.
Cash deposits and cash withdrawals can be made at any branch of the Bank upon the presentation of relevant documents proving the identity of the person. Cash deposits are credited onto the bank account at the submission of cash funds (unless otherwise provided by an agreement signed between the Bank and the Customer). The cash withdrawals are made immediately upon the Customer’s request. The Bank must be informed about the withdrawal of amounts exceeding the thresholds set by the Bank one day prior to the withdrawal. The Customer can obtain information on the above-mentioned thresholds at any branch of the Bank, as well as by referring to Tariff of Charges.
An international ATM card can be issued for a current account that enables the Customer to access his/her account(s) via ATMs located in the premises of the Bank and outside the Bank. The identity of the Customer is verified by entering the personal PIN code.
The Bank can issue chequebooks for Customers that have current accounts, through which they can manage funds available on their accounts.
Current accounts can be managed by visiting the Bank, as well as through Online/Mobile and Telephone banking services.
The foreign exchange transactions are executed at the exchange rate set by the Bank for the given currency at the moment of execution of the transaction. When transactions are executed in currency different from the account currency, the Bank makes foreign currency exchange at the exchange rate set by the Bank.
Money transfers from the current account are executed in accordance with payment orders that are filled in and signed in due manner.
