The sale of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC (‘HSBC Armenia’) to Ardshinbank CJSC (‘Ardshinbank’) was completed on 29 November 2024.

HSBC Armenia has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ardshinbank and has been renamed to Ardshininvestbank CJSC.
