1 Any foreign exchange transactions will be conducted at the Bank's exchange rate.
2 For customers using Internet Banking services.
3 Balance confirmations will be presented as of the date and time of confirmation request.
4 AMD 10,000 will apply, if the customer is Bank account holder for less than 6 months (including orders submitted via Internet/Mobile or Phone Banking).
5 Advices/statements will be sent to the branch of your choice within 3 - 5 working days after receipt of the request.
