New Payment and Transfer feature

Option 1 - By selecting “Transfer” option from “Quick Links” section

Option 2 - By selecting “Transfer” button from “Account Details”

Step 1 - Choose debit account from the dropdown

Step 2 - Select the transfer option (new or existing)

Step 1 - Choose debit account from the dropdown

Step 2 - Select 'New payment to a HSBC credit card' option

Step 3 - Choose credit card type and press 'Continue'

Step 4 - Fill in the credit card number, amount and enter the required security code

Step 1 - Choose the debit account from dropdown

Step 2 - Select 'Your accounts or someone you've paid before' option

Step 3 - Select the payee from the list, also there is an option to filter the payees list

Step 1 - Choose debit account from dropdown

Step 2 - Select “New payment to a person” option

Step 3 - Select transfer type from the dropdown menu

Step 4 - Fill in the required details and enter the security code, click on the tick in front of 'Add payee' to save the transfer instruction

You need to click one of below Quick links and the site will link back to the previous Internet banking service, by allowing you to use the remaining functions

Please note that if you are using an operating system or browser outside this range it will not be compatible with the enhanced online banking service.
